An Enchanted Evening is a professional mobile entertainment company specializing in Wedding Receptions. We are specialists in the wedding industry who repeatedly exceed our customer’s expectations by maintaining a level of service above and beyond other entertainment companies. Over 90% of our events each year are Wedding Receptions unlike the majority of entertainment companies who divide their time doing various events each week ranging from Bar/Bat Mitzvah’s to running Karaoke night at your local bar. Our entertainment staff consists of experienced, adult Disc Jockey emcees who specialize in wedding receptions which assures you that everything will be handled in a proper and professional manner. In addition, your entertainment specialist will provide the service of your personal wedding coordinator and your master of ceremonies to coordinate and lead all of the activities throughout your reception.
As a company our approach to wedding receptions is different than most other entertainment companies because we find no two weddings are exactly alike. Instead of doing the same generic format each week, we will meet with you and your fiancé prior to your wedding to get a better idea of exactly what you are looking for on your special day. What kind of music styles do you want to hear? What kind of music do you not want to hear? What kind of activities do you want to do? Do you have a certain entertainment style in mind? That information will allow us to custom tailor your wedding reception to meet your expectations. We offer both on line wedding planning and in office consultations to finalize all of the details of your reception.
Our Wedding Package is an all inclusive package that includes a top quality, professional digital sound system, on site back up equipment, two microphones including a wireless system and a special effects and intelligent light show that will create a fun and inviting atmosphere on your dance floor. In addition, the cost of our package is not based on the length of your reception. Our package provides you with unlimited time for your reception that includes early set up and overtime available at no additional charge if your reception lasts longer than expected. Our music library consists of thousands of songs from which to choose. Not only do we have the traditional favorites, but we also keep our music collection up to date so that we can offer you the widest variety possible.

Enhanced Lighting System
Décor Lighting
The décor of your wedding reception can be enhanced with this lighting option. Up-Lighting can create a luxurious atmosphere for your celebration. LED light fixtures placed in key locations along the floor of the room provide decorative columns of light on the walls or the ornamental features of the room. This lighting option can turn an ordinary room into a beautiful, memorable setting.
Name In Lights
The Bride and Grooms name are illuminated with a customized light and can be showcased on a wall or it can move around the room. Our Red Heart Image and our Monogram Image are the most popular styles but we can customize an image for you or you can provide us with an image to display.
Enhanced Sound System
Increase the fullness of the sound by adding a floor speaker system with 18” sub woofers to compliment the standard speaker system to produce a fuller sound you can hear and feel. This system is ideal for people who love the best quality of sound or for larger weddings of 200 guests or more. You won’t need to worry about the available power because each set of speakers has its own amplifier to provide maximum sound reinforcement for larger rooms and receptions.
DVD Photo Montage
Having a Photo Montage is the perfect way to share past memories with friends and family at your reception. Simply provide us with a collection of up to 100 of your most memorable photographs and we will transform them into a video picture show that is synchronized to music and enhanced with custom transitions and effects. You can provide us with the original photographs and/or your pictures in digital format. Our package includes a Professional 10 foot Video Screen with black skirting, a Projector connected to our audio system and complete Video Editing and Production on DVD. If you don’t need the complete package our Video Screen and Projector and/or Video Production are also available independently at a reduced price.
Additional System Options
If your ceremony or cocktail hour is in a different room at your reception location, a second smaller system can be added to complete your music needs. Powered by an amplified speaker system this set up is ideal for smaller spaces because it takes little space.
Ceremony Option:
This option includes 30 minutes of pre-ceremony seating music and customized music selections chosen by you for the ceremony. We will provide the audio system with either a wireless microphone on a stand or a lavaliere microphone. This option is available when the ceremony is held immediately before the reception and they are held at the same location. Ceremony music is also available when your ceremony is being held at a different location for an additional cost.
Cocktail Hour Option:
We will provide the audio system and play a variety of music for your cocktail hour to create a fun atmosphere while your guests mingle before your dinner reception. This option is ideal when your cocktail hour is held in a different room or outside of the main reception room.
